PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the milk, continuing to whisk the mixture.
  3. Sift the flour and add it to the liquid mixture, mixing thoroughly to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
  5. Heat a frying pan and grease it with a little oil.
  6. Pour the batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly in a thin layer.
  7. Cook the pancake on one side until golden, then flip and cook on the other side.
  8. Repeat until all the batter is used, occasionally greasing the pan with oil.
  9. Serve the pancakes hot with butter, sour cream, jam, or other favorite toppings.
