Apple cider vinegar is also said to boost metabolism. That’s why many drink a glass of water with apple cider vinegar in the morning before breakfast. However, if you have a sensitive stomach, you should not drink the vinegar on an empty stomach, but eat a small breakfast first.
Important: You should always drink apple cider vinegar diluted with water so that the acetic acid does not irritate the mucous membranes in the digestive tract. For your daily apple cider vinegar drink, simply add two teaspoons to a 150-milliliter glass of water.

Hair conditioner with apple cider vinegar
Have you ever heard of a sour rinse? This hair conditioner is very easy to make yourself and makes hair nice and supple again. Simply fill a bottle with tap water and add a dash of apple cider vinegar (about five teaspoons). After washing your hair, apply the conditioner to damp hair and do not rinse it out.

Own cleaning agent
