A Nutritionist Has Named a Way to Lose Weight Without Exhausting Diets and Harm to Health

The first steps include some tests that should be taken. Nutritionist Svetlana Fus told us more. Losing weight is a relatively simple process. However, the vast majority of people never manage to achieve this goal because of the wrong approach at the start.

The first steps include some tests that should be taken. Svetlana Fus, a professional nutritionist with a medical degree and more than 15 years of experience, gave the details.

How to start losing weight safely

To get individualized recommendations from a nutritionist for dietary correction and weight loss, you need to prepare. The first and most important requirement is to keep a food diary. It is necessary to evaluate your diet and highlight the mistakes you make.

As Svetlana Fus noted, you need to keep a diary carefully, weigh your food and note the amount of fluid you drink. In addition, to understand whether there are already health changes or concomitant diseases, the nutritionist recommends taking several tests:

  • NOMA index.
  • Lipidogram.
  • Vitamin D.
  • Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH).

The doctor explained that the results of these tests will be needed to draw up an individualized nutrition plan.

The specialist also recommends that before losing weight, you do a MAL diagnosis, that is, an analysis of hair for trace elements, thanks to which you can find out how many “useful” and “harmful” chemical elements are contained in the human body. An imbalance of elements in the hair composition indicates that they, i.e., the elements, are poorly absorbed, assimilated, excreted, or distributed.
