Amazingly delicious spring salad with greens

Summer is upon us and it’s time to eat right. A delicious and healthy salad can be made with just three ingredients.

This recipe is very popular on the menu for healthy eating.

Cucumbers, tuna, and corn are foods that will bring great benefits to your body.

Simple salad in 5 minutes – recipe

You will need:

  • Cucumbers – 5 pieces
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pieces
  • Tuna in its own juice
  • Corn
  • Greek yogurt
  • Salt
  • Boil eggs, peel, and cut into cubes.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Drain the corn and add it to the cucumber and eggs.

Divide the tuna into pieces, add to the salad, and mix.

Mix three spoons of Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt and pour over the salad.

You can use 2 tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise and a teaspoon of mustard for the dressing.
