Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Apple
- 1 Paprika
- 1 Can Small can of tomatoes
- 6 Pc. Chillies
- 6 Toes Garlic
- 2 tsp Pickled jalapenos
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the carrots. Peel, core and roughly chop the apple. Peel the garlic. Halve and core the peppers.
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Fill into jars and close immediately.
