Ingredients
 

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Can Small can of tomatoes
  • 6 Pc. Chillies
  • 6 Toes Garlic
  • 2 tsp Pickled jalapenos
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel and roughly chop the carrots. Peel, core and roughly chop the apple. Peel the garlic. Halve and core the peppers.
  • Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pour into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Fill into jars and close immediately.
  • I mainly use it to season shashlik meat. Shish kebab recipe in brief.
