- 2 Blikkies (400 ml) Kokosmelk
- 1 eetlepel Groen kerriepasta
- 2 teelepel Palmsuiker of bruinsuiker
- 2 Pc Lemmetjies of lemmetjiesap
- 2 eetlepel Sojasous
- 2 eetlepel Vissous, kan weggelaat word vir vegane)
- 1 Pk. Rissiepeper, wie hou van
- Koljanderblare, as jy wil

- Was eers en berei die groente voor: Skil die knoffel, ui en gemmer af en sny dit fyn. Skil die wortels en sny in 3 mm-skywe. Sny die courgette in die lengte in kwarte en sny in 5 mm-skywe. Verwyder die stingel met pitte uit die soetrissie en sny in happiegrootte 5 mm breë repe. Sny die Schitaki-sampioene in stukke van sowat 20 sent elk. Sampioenstingel kan gebruik word. Halveer of derde (bytgrootte) die wilde broccoli. Sny die pak choi in 2 cm breë repe. Neem hier net die hele blare en die sagte deel van die steel.
- In a cup, stir the curry paste with the lime juice, the fish sauce and the soy sauce until smooth. If you’re vegan, replace the fish sauce with soy sauce.
