Bredie: Aartappel – Preisop

- 1 kg Aartappels
- 150 g Maer spek
- 1 liter groentebouillon
- 2 – 3 Leek sticks
- 1 bossie vars sprietuie
- 1 a cup Cream light 14.5%
- 1 bossie vars grasuie
- Skil die aartappels, sny in blokkies en was. Maak die prei en sprietuie skoon, sny in ringe en was deeglik. Was die grasuie, skud droog en sny in klein rolletjies. Sny die spek in blokkies.
- Cook the potato cubes and bacon in the broth for 15 minutes. Mix in the cream, leek and spring onions and simmer gently for another 5 – 8 minutes. Add the chives and serve. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
