Ingredients

  • 125 g Milk 3.5% (cold)
  • 50 g Mustard
  • 13 g Garlic
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 10 g Sugar
  • 7 g Salt
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients, except for the rapeseed oil, into a measuring beaker or something similar at least 1 liter in size and pre-puree well with a hand blender.
  • With the hand blender running constantly, pour in the rapeseed oil slowly and gently until the desired consistency is reached. (No drops. Thin stream) The amount of rapeseed oil is different. I recommend having half a liter ready and when you have the desired consistency you can see how much oil you have used. That would then be the clue for the next time. IMPORTANT: Olive oil is not suitable (it becomes bitter). Sunflower oil possibly. Our recommendation: only rapeseed oil
