Almond and Caramel Pastries

The perfect almond and caramel pastries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 350 g Flaked almonds
  • 40 g Honey
  1. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar, the almond flakes and the honey well in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Stir and simmer until the sugar caramelizes. Immediately spread the mixture thinly on the baking sheet. Bake for about 90 minutes. Take out and let cool slightly.
  3. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles. I just broke off pieces, that was the lazy variant! Let cool down well.
