Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 180 g Sugar light brown
- 300 g Flour
- 50 g Ground almonds
- 20 g Chocolate shavings
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 6 tsp Breadcrumbs
- 3 tsp Butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter, let it cool, stir the eggs with the sugar until frothy, add butter. Stir in flour, almonds, grated chocolate and baking powder. Fill the greased jars with breadcrumbs only half full with the dough. Close jars with lids and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Shelf life: If the cakes are baked in a jar with the lid closed, they can be kept for 4-5 months and are an original souvenir.
