  • 10 g Ground cinnamon
  • 30 piece Baking wafers (5 mm diameter)

  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute about 30 baking wafers on top. Beat the egg whites (2 pieces) with powdered sugar (40 g) until stiff.
