Ingredients
- 250 g whipped cream
- 8 sheets gelatin
- 50 g Aloe vera (fillets) from the jar
- 250 g Quark
- 250 g berries to taste
- 5 g Bourbon vanilla powder
- 2 kiwi
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Soak the 8 sheets of gelatin in cold water. Puree the aloe vera fillet. Then mix the quark, the berries, the bourbon vanilla, 2 tablespoons of honey and a pinch of salt together, whip the cream and fold it into the aloe vera mixture. Now dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water, the water must not boil! and then stir the dissolved gelatin into the prepared aloe vera mixture. Now fill this mix into a loaf pan lined with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- In the meantime, peel the kiwis, puree them and add the remaining honey. Turn out the aloe vera pie and arrange it on a dessert plate with the kiwi sauce. Good Appetite
