Ingredients
 

  • For 1 tray:
  • 400 g Flour
  • 2 packet Dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar doesn't have to be
  • 4 tbsp Neutral oil or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 190 ml Lukewarm water
  • Tomato sauce:
  • 5 tbsp Strained tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 tbsp Parsley frozen
  • 0,5 tbsp 8-herbs frozen
  • Who likes :
  • Harissa paste or
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Covering:
  • 1 packet Pizza cheese
  • 0,5 packet Grated Parmesan
  • 0,5 packet Grated Emmental
  • 1 bullet Mozarella, cut into small cubes

Instructions
 

  • For the dough:
  • Put water in a bowl and stir with the yeast and a pinch of sugar (no need) and let stand. Now add the remaining ingredients and knead everything together well, kneading until the dough has a soft consistency. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.
  • For the sauce:
  • For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. If you like and don't have children with you, you can season the sauce with Harissa or Pul Biber.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees (convection 200 degrees).
  • Roll out the dough and place on the baking sheet. Brush with sauce and sprinkle with the cheeses.
  • Put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Caution !!!!! It is best to let the pizza stand for 5 minutes as it is easy to burn yourself.
