Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 can Peeled canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 100 ml Rama Cremefine
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Dried basil
- 100 g Butter
Instructions
- Season the mince to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder, then shape it into balls and simmer in water, when you swim up you are done.
- Cook the rice (2 cups rice 4 cups water) until cooked.
- Put the canned tomatoes in a saucepan, 1 tablespoon. Tomato paste add the cremefine to it, 2 tablespoons. Bring basil and 100g butter to the boil while stirring. Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce.
- Arrange the rice nicely on a plate, put the tomato sauce with the meatballs around it. Bon Appetit.
