Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Red Onion
- 0,5 Apple
- 1 shot Lemon
- 1 shot Rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Walnuts
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Brown sugar
Instructions
- Cut the avocado, onion and apple into small pieces.
- Slightly chop the walnuts to make them less coarse.
- Mix the ingredients and fold in a little oil.
- Season everything to taste with a good dash of lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar.
tip
- If you let the salad soak through, it tastes even better. Goes well with bread, fish or (like here) a piece of tofu.
