Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 1 shot Lemon
  • 1 shot Rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Brown sugar

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado, onion and apple into small pieces.
  • Slightly chop the walnuts to make them less coarse.
  • Mix the ingredients and fold in a little oil.
  • Season everything to taste with a good dash of lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar.

tip

  • If you let the salad soak through, it tastes even better. Goes well with bread, fish or (like here) a piece of tofu.
