Ingredients

  • For the caramel mass:
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • For the cookies dough:
  • 200 gr Flour
  • 150 gr Butter
  • 1 great One or two small ones
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 100 gr Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 Apple

Instructions

  • Caramel: Put milk and sugar in a coated pan and reduce until the sugar and milk have boiled down, have taken on a caramel color and become thick. Then immediately place on baking paper, smooth evenly and let cool and set.
  • Peel and core the apple. Cut into small pieces or sticks. Process all remaining ingredients into a dough. The dough should not be runny but not too firm either, the apple pieces should mix well with the dough. Now cut or pull the cooled caramel into pieces and also add to the dough mass and knead everything well.
  • Set the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and portion the dough with the help of a tablespoon. Do not make too large piles, the dough will still spread and then the cookies will be too large.
  • Now bake for about 12-15 minutes. The cookies should stay light and not become too firm because cookies are rather softer 🙂
  • Done! Sau delicious and great cookies for autumn and winter 🙂
