Ingredients
 

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 30 g Chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp Flaked almonds
  • 50 g White couverture
  • 50 g Brown couverture
  • Chocolate lentils to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and quarter apples and core. Dice the apples and mix with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
  • Beat the butter and sugar until frothy and stir in the eggs. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir. Fold in the diced apple, chocolate chips and flaked almonds.
  • Spread the dough in a muffin tray lined with paper liners and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C) for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool down.
  • Let the white and brown couverture melt separately, cover the muffins with it and decorate with chocolate lentils.
