Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 30 g Chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Flaked almonds
- 50 g White couverture
- 50 g Brown couverture
- Chocolate lentils to decorate
Instructions
- Peel and quarter apples and core. Dice the apples and mix with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
- Beat the butter and sugar until frothy and stir in the eggs. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa and stir. Fold in the diced apple, chocolate chips and flaked almonds.
- Spread the dough in a muffin tray lined with paper liners and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C) for about 25 minutes. Then let it cool down.
- Let the white and brown couverture melt separately, cover the muffins with it and decorate with chocolate lentils.
