Apple Bites

  • 2 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Quark
  • 110 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 Medium-Sized, sour apples
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 5 g Cinnamon sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C O / U heat. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and core the apples and cut into small cubes.
  3. Mix the flour with baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the quark and oil to the flour mixture and knead into a dough with the dough hook.
  4. Carefully knead the apple cubes into the dough with your hands.
  5. Using a tablespoon, cut off about 24 portions of dough and place them on the baking sheets with a little space between them. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the desired brown color.
  6. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon sugar and roll the hot bites in it.
  7. Unfortunately, the pictures for the recipe weren’t so successful. Next time I’ll add them.
