Apple Pie-easy
The perfect apple pie-easy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Batter
- 3 Eggs
- 120 g Butter
- 120 gr Sugar
- 230 gr Flour
- 1 pck Custard powder
- 0,5 pck Baking powder
- 3 Eßl. Milk
- 3 large Apples
- 2 Eßl Ground almonds
- Powdered sugar
- Mix eggs, butter (liquid) and sugar until foamy. Gradually add the flour, pudding powder and baking powder. Now pour in the milk and mix vigorously again.
- Grease the springform pan well and sprinkle with ground almonds. Pour the batter into the springform pan (26 mm).
- Peel the apples and cut into wedges and spread them on the dough.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Do not preheat the oven. Remove the ring after baking. Brush powdered sugar through a sieve and sieve it on the cake that is still hot.
