Ingredients
- 1 kg Apples
- 500 g Plums
- 200 g Butter
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 Eggs
- 350 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 8 tablespoon Milk
- Cinnamon-Sugar mixture to sprinkle over it
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease.
- Peel the apples, cut in half, quarter and cut out the core, if necessary, cut into smaller wedges. Wash the plums, cut in half and quarter and remove the stone.
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder. Mix alternately with the milk to form a smooth dough. Then fold the prepared apple and plum pieces into the batter.
- Place the fruit dough on the prepared baking sheet and smooth it out a little. Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar after baking.
