Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Apples
  • 500 g Plums
  • 200 g Butter
  • 180 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 5 Eggs
  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 8 tablespoon Milk
  • Cinnamon-Sugar mixture to sprinkle over it

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C O / U heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease.
  • Peel the apples, cut in half, quarter and cut out the core, if necessary, cut into smaller wedges. Wash the plums, cut in half and quarter and remove the stone.
  • Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder. Mix alternately with the milk to form a smooth dough. Then fold the prepared apple and plum pieces into the batter.
  • Place the fruit dough on the prepared baking sheet and smooth it out a little. Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar after baking.
