Ingredients
For the dough:
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 25 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Egg
- 50 g Butter
- 100 ml Warm milk
For covering:
- 4 Apples
- 500 g Quark
- 2 Eggs
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
For the dough:
- Sift the flour into a bowl.
- Add the dry yeast and mix.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter and milk and knead.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough in a springform pan.
For covering:
- Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and place on the dough.
- Put the quark in a bowl.
- Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and stir.
- Put the quark mixture on the apples and smooth out.
- Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
