Ingredients
 

Apple mass:

  • 2 piece Belle de Boskoop Apples
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 20 g Cranberry
  • 1 drops Bitter Almond Flavoring
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 30 g Cinnamon
  • 40 g Marshmallow
  • Licor 43

Crumble:

  • 90 g Brown sugar
  • 150 g Flour
  • 90 g Butter
  • 20 g Chopped hazelnuts

Ice:

  • 170 g Sugar
  • 375 g Milk
  • 375 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 7 piece Egg yolk
  • 75 g Coffee beans

Instructions
 

  • Dice the apples and mix with the ingredients. Mix the ingredients for the crumble. Put the apple mixture in casserole dishes, sprinkle with the crumble and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  • For the ice cream, bring the coffee beans with the creme fraiche and milk to the boil, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Remove the coffee beans and stir with the foam, allow to cool and place in the ice cream maker.
