  • 150 g Cold butter
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 g Flour
  • For the filling:
  • 1 kilogram Elstar apples
  • Lemon juice
  • Ground almonds
  • For the cast:
  • 200 Milliliters Advocaat
  • 400 g Sour cream 20%
  • 50 g Food starch
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • For the sprinkles:
  • 100 g Cold butter
  • 150 g Flour
  • 130 g Sugar

Instructions

  • Make a kneading dough out of butter, sugar, egg, flour and a pinch of salt. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Wash the apples, remove the core, cut into cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  • Make crumble from the flour, sugar and cold butter by hand and set aside.
  • Mix the sour cream and egg liqueur well in a mixing bowl. Add the cornstarch, sugar and vanilla sugar and stir in. Finally stir in the eggs.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared springform pan, roll it out on the floor and pull up a 3-4 cm high rim. Sprinkle the dough base with the ground almonds and spread the apple cubes on top. Pour the glaze over the apple cubes and spread the crumble on top.
  • Place the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and bake for about 60 minutes. Once the cake has been baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the tin for 30 minutes. Now remove the edge of the springform pan and let the cake cool down.
