Apple Strudel Made from Puff Pastry in Cream Bath

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Puff pastry rolled out completely
  • 5 Apples
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Raisins
  • Sauce:
  • 750 ml Milk
  • 1 packet Custard powder cream flavor
  • 5 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • First the apples are peeled and finely cut, these are then spread on the rolled out puff pastry and sprinkled with brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Then the strudel is rolled up and coated with egg. The strudel is then baked at 175 degrees until it has a nice brown color. While the strudel is in the oven, the vanilla sauce is prepared: Pour the cold milk into a saucepan and immediately add the pudding powder and sugar, stirring constantly. Stir until the pudding has boiled once, then remove from the stove and let cool down a little. Pour the pudding sauce into deep plates and place the apple strudel cut into 4 pieces on top. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
