Ingredients

- 125 g Margarine
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 piece Egg
- 250 g Flour
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
Covering
- 800 g Apples
- 2 packet Pudding powder
- 180 g Sugar
- 750 ml Cider
sauce
- 250 ml Milk
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 piece Vanilla pod
- 4 piece Egg yolk
- 1 piece Egg
- 50 g Sugar
Instructions

- Work the margarine, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder into a smooth dough and let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then pour the dough into a greased 28 cm springform pan and pull it up well on the edge.
Covering
- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces, preferably in eighths and then thinly sliced. Then put in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and pour a little apple cider over it. Let the whole thing stand. Then spread the apples on the floor.
sauce
- Mix the pudding powder with 2 tablespoons of sugar and bring the cider to a boil. As soon as it boils, stir with the pudding powder and bring to the boil again. Pour the hot apple cider over the apple slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top and bottom heat for about 90 minutes. Let cool for at least 12 hours.
