Losing weight through oat days sounds a bit strange in the context of low-carb nutrition and high-protein products. In fact, oat days are also not designed for people who want to lose weight. There is another reason behind it.

Oat days not suitable for losing weight

  • Be sure to drink at least two liters of fluids a day . It is best to choose water or unsweetened teas. This is important so that your intestines can process the large amount of fiber that the oatmeal contains and you do not suffer from constipation.
