Asian Mango Shake

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g 1 ripe mango
  • 450 g 1 piece of ginger
  • 15 g 1 piece of Palm Sugar
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Mint tips for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone and cut into small pieces. Peel and quarter the ginger. Crush the palm sugar. Put the mango pieces with the crushed palm sugar in a tall container and press the ginger in with the garlic press. Puree everything very finely with the hand blender. Add / mix in the coconut milk (250 ml) and milk (250 ml). Fill the Asian Mango Shake into 2 glasses, garnish with mint and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
