Ingredients
- 10 Pc. Baguette slices
- 1 Pc. Butter
- 5 Discs Bacon
- 5 Discs Slices of cheese
- Asparagus and ham ragout rest
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- Parsley frsch
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 210 ° degrees!
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Butter the baguette slices. Place half a slice of bacon and half a slice of cheese on each baguette. Then distribute the rest of the ragout evenly on top.
- Sprinkle the baguette with cheese and bake in the oven at the bottom for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, wash, shake and chop the parsley. Take the baguette out of the oven and let it cool down briefly. Sprinkle with parsley!
- Serve. There was also a salad! 🙂
