Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Butter the baguette slices. Place half a slice of bacon and half a slice of cheese on each baguette. Then distribute the rest of the ragout evenly on top.
Sprinkle the baguette with cheese and bake in the oven at the bottom for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, wash, shake and chop the parsley. Take the baguette out of the oven and let it cool down briefly. Sprinkle with parsley!
