Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Fresh asparagus
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Pc. Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 150 ml White wine dry
  • 250 ml Asparagus stock
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 g Juniper ham
  • Seasoned salt
  • Garlic pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Peel the asparagus and cut into oblique pieces. Bring the water with sugar, salt and bay leaves to a boil and cook the asparagus in it for 10 minutes. Catch the brew!
  • Peel shallots, cut into wedges, cut ham into strips. Heat butter in a saucepan and fry shallots in it, then dust with flour and fry briefly, then deglaze with asparagus stock and white wine and stir well.Then add cream, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, nutmeg, pepper and fenugreek.
  • Add the asparagus pieces and ham and heat everything up again! There was also pancakes. But potatoes are also great! Serve and sprinkle with parsley!
