Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch Asparagus green
  • 6 slices Serrano ham
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the washed asparagus into thin slices with a peeler and divide equally between two plates. Dice the tomatoes and cut the shallots into fine rings. Mix the olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper the dressing.
  • Place the Serrano ham loosely on the asparagus, distribute the tomatoes and shallots on both plates. Drizzle the dressing over the plates. Good Appetite 🙂
