Ingredients
For the topping:
- 1 Pc. Ripe banana
- 80 ml Almond milk
- 40 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Msp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Psyllium powder
- 0,5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Ground brown millet
- 1 Pc. Cowardly
- 1 tbsp Quinoa Pops
- 1 tsp Honey, optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with the hand blender until creamy. Pour into a bowl and decorate with the quinoa pops and the fig cut into wedges. You can also add a little honey if you like.
Tips:
- Depending on the consistency you want, you can only add 50 ml of almond milk to the puree and only add more gradually.
