Avocado Papaya Lassi
The perfect avocado papaya lassi recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
To taste:
- 100 g Papaya pulp, ripe
- 300 g Whole milk
- 100 g Yogurt, neutral
- 3 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
- 2 tbsp Sugar, white
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Lime juice and sugar
To garnish:
- Papaya cubes
- Saffron threads
- Flowers and leaves
- Yogurt and pulp should be as cold as possible. Cut a ripe avocado around the hard core and spoon out the pulp. Wash, peel and halve the papaya lengthways and remove the grains. Cut the pulp into walnut-sized pieces. To garnish, cut 2 tablespoons of the pulp into small cubes.
- Put all ingredients in the blender and puree for 1 minute at the highest level until foamy and season to taste. Pour into sufficiently large glasses, garnish and serve with a drinking straw and long teaspoon.
