Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in their skins and peel them after they have cooled down.
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and slowly let it out in a pan on a low heat until it is light brown.
- Cut the potatoes into slices and fill them in a glass or ceramic bowl.
- Pour the fat over the potatoes with the bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper and stir well and add the sugar.
- Cover with aluminum foil and leave to stand in the oven at 50 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm
