Baguette Filled with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Cream
The perfect baguette filled with cream cheese and smoked salmon cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Baguette
- 5 Discs Smoked salmon
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Splash of citrus juice
- Salt and pepper
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 20 ml Milk
- Halve the baguette and cut lengthways. Remove the inner workings from the halves with a spoon
- Heat the smoked salmon in a pan and chop
- Finely dice the tomato and spring onion
- Mix the cream cheese with a little milk in a bowl
- Add the smoked salmon, tomato, spring onion, season with salt, pepper and lemon and divide into the baguette halves.
- Put the halves together and wrap them tightly in cling film – then let them stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
- Cut the baguette into slices, serve
