Baguette Filled with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Baguette
  • 5 slices Smoked salmon
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 Splash of citrus juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 20 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Halve the baguette and cut lengthways. Remove the inner workings from the halves with a spoon
  • Heat the smoked salmon in a pan and chop
  • Finely dice the tomato and spring onion
  • Mix the cream cheese with a little milk in a bowl
  • Add the smoked salmon, tomato, spring onion, season with salt, pepper and lemon and divide into the baguette halves.
  • Put the halves together and wrap them tightly in cling film - then let them stand in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
  • Cut the baguette into slices, serve
