Ingredients
For the dough:
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Oil
- 150 ml Warm water
Instructions
For the dough:
- Put the flour in a bowl.
- Add the dry yeast and mix.
- Add salt, sugar, oil and water and knead everything well.
- Cover the dough and let rise for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a long, narrow loaf, score several times with the knife and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
