Ingredients
- 12 piece Ladyfingers
- 80 ml Baileys
- 200 g White couverture
- 75 g Butter
- Baked cocoa to roll over
Instructions
- Crumble the ladyfingers very finely (preferably with a food processor) and melt the butter. Melt the chocolate. Mix everything together with Baileys. Chill for 1 hour, then shape into balls and toss in cocoa or sieve over them. Store in a cool place
