Ingredients

  • 500 g Green asparagus
  • 12 Pc. Scallops thrown
  • 20 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 Pc. Organic orange
  • Coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon and salt paste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Peel the asparagus ends (... then it cooks better) cut off the woody piece. Coarsely grate the Parmesan, squeeze out the orange. Mix the orange juice with the lemon and salt paste.
  • Place the prepared asparagus in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, lightly season with sea salt and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. After about 10 minutes, pour the orange juice mixture over the asparagus and let it cook in the oven for another 10-12 minutes. After this time, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and return to the oven until the cheese has melted.
  • In the meantime, wash the scallops, pat dry, season with sea salt from the mill and dust with spelled flour. Let the oil get hot in the pan and fry the mussels on high heat for about 1 to 11/2 minutes on each side. (Large outside, glassy inside) Then arrange everything on a plate and enjoy! Delicious with fresh baguette, flatbread or simply without anything! Good Appetite !
