Ingredients
 

Baked potato with minced meat sauce

  • 3 Potatoes big
  • Rapeseed oil for brushing to taste
  • Various spices according to taste

sauce

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 75 ml Water
  • 1,5 tbsp Würz - vegetable paste
  • *Barbecue -Sauce

Dip

  • 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Homemade yogurt
  • 1 Splash Light balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch Raw cane sugar
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Basil leaves from your own garden to your taste

Instructions
 

Potatoes

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Then wash the potatoes once, put them in a saucepan and cover them with water, allow to cook for about half an hour (30 minutes). Drain after cooking and take three large pieces of aluminum foil.
  • Coat the aluminum foil with rapeseed oil, sprinkle various herbs on it and wrap the potatoes individually. Place the potato packets in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

sauce

  • Take a pan and add the mixed minced meat and fry until crumbly without fat. Peel the onion, place in the blitz chopper, finely chop and add. * Add barbecue sauce, water and * seasoning vegetable paste, stir and season with salt and gourmet pepper.

Dip

  • Mix the creme frâiche with the homemade yoghurt. Add salt, gourmet pepper, a pinch of raw cane sugar and a dash of balsamic vinegar. Peel the clove of garlic, press and fold in / stir.

Serving

  • Now take the flat plate and place the sliced ​​potato in the middle. Sprinkle one side with the minced meat sauce and the other side with the dip. Serve immediately :-).
