Baked Zucchini – Sheep Cheese – Slices

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 200 g Sheep milk cheese
  • 2 Chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Black olives without stone

Instructions
 

  • Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut into 15 mm thick slices.
  • Fry them briefly on both sides in hot olive oil, they shouldn't be done, just lightly browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the sheep's cheese into 4 cm wide strips, cut in half across, then cut into oblong triangles.
  • Mix the oil with the herbs and garlic and marinate the cheese triangles in it for 2-3 hours.
  • Place a cheese triangle on each of the zucchini slices.
  • Put the slices in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with the marinade.
  • Bake at 220 ° for about 10 minutes.
  • Put an olive on each of them with a toothpick.
  • Tastes warm and cold
