Ingredients
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 165 g Sugar
- 500 ml Sweet cream
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 2 Pc. Bananas
- Almonds
- Chocolate sauce
Instructions
Ice base:
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl for 1-2 minutes, gradually fold in the sugar and continue beating for about 1 minute. Scrape out the vanilla pod, then add the cream and milk and stir carefully. Then put the mixture in the ice cream machine and let it run for about 50 to 60 minutes. In addition to the banana ice cream: 5 minutes before the end, add the mashed bananas to the almost completely frozen ice cream base.
To serve:
- Prepare a mason jar, cut the bananas lengthways into slices, line the walls with it and put a ball of ice in the middle of each. At the end, decorate with cream, almonds and chocolate sauce.
