Ingredients
for the marinade
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Chili sauce, sweet and hot
- 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
- Salt pepper
- Grill - spice of your choice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the marinade together.
- The quantities for the marinade are approximate and can be changed to suit your taste.
- Put the meat in a freezer bag, add the marinade and knead the bag a little with your hands.
- Let it sit overnight.
- Dab with paper towels before grilling.
- Since the marinade contains sugar because of the chilli sauce, grill the meat, turning it regularly, otherwise it will turn black.
- Bring the marinade to the boil briefly on the stove and serve with the meat.
