for the marinade

  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 50 ml Chili sauce, sweet and hot
  • 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
  • Salt pepper
  • Grill - spice of your choice

  • Mix all ingredients for the marinade together.
  • The quantities for the marinade are approximate and can be changed to suit your taste.
  • Put the meat in a freezer bag, add the marinade and knead the bag a little with your hands.
  • Let it sit overnight.
  • Dab with paper towels before grilling.
  • Since the marinade contains sugar because of the chilli sauce, grill the meat, turning it regularly, otherwise it will turn black.
  • Bring the marinade to the boil briefly on the stove and serve with the meat.
