Bavarian Lamb’s Lettuce with Edam Pretzels and Crispy Leberkas!

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Lamb'S lettuce (Rapunzel)
  • 4 Pickles
  • 200 g Edam slices
  • 1 Onion small
  • 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 2 tbsp Mustard sweet
  • 2 Pretzels
  • 3 Snack slices of meat loaf approx. 1.5 cm thick
  • Salt, pepper and butter
  • 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Read out the lettuce. Wash thoroughly and spin dry. Finely dice the onions and pickles. Dice pretzels and toast in butter. Cut meat loaf into triangles.
  • Cut the sliced ​​Edam into strips.
  • For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the water, mustard, salt and pepper and mix in 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • Mix the lettuce with the onions, cucumber and cheese and arrange on plates. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the "pretzel pan" and fry the meat loaf in it.
  • Drizzle the salad with the dressing and sprinkle the pretzel balls. Serve with meat loaf. Serve with a nice cold beer. For us Bavarians the 5th season now begins. Meal and cheers!
