Beans – Spaghetti – Carbonara

The perfect beans – spaghetti – carbonara recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Beans – Spaghetti – Carbonara

  • 200 g Broad beans
  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 100 g Spelled – spaghetti
  • 1 piece Pancetta belly bacon
  • 150 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 2 Egg yolks, fresh

Beans – Spaghetti – Carbonara

  1. Add plenty of salted water for spelled spaghetti and beans. Clean the broad beans and cut them diagonally into pieces. When the salted water is boiling, add both and cook the spaghetti and beans according to the instructions. Then pour into a sieve and drain.
  2. Cut a small piece from the whole piece of pancetta and dice it. Take a large pan and briefly fry the pancetta cubes until crispy without fat or oil.
  3. Mix the cream, milk and egg yolks into a sauce. Season with salt and gourmet pepper. Then add the drained spaghetti & beans to the pan with the crispy fried pancetta.
  4. Pour in the egg sauce immediately and mix everything together. Then take a deep plate and add the beans – spaghetti – carbonara. Sprinkle with a little gourmet pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
