Beef Braised Beef in Mushroom Sauce

  • 1 kilogram Beef pot roast
  • 2 medium-sized Chopped onions
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt to taste

  1. To start with, clean and cut the mushrooms and put the stems aside.
