Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Beef fillet
  • 0,5 Fresh broccoli
  • 8 Potato croquettes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green peppercorns pickled
  • Herb butter
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 Chopped onions
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salad as needed

Instructions
 

  • Sear the 200 g steaks in clarified butter to the desired degree of doneness and season with salt and pepper.
  • In the meantime, cook the broccoli in hot water for about 6 minutes.
  • Put the onions in the pan and cook until translucent. Pour in the stock and cream, bring to the boil. Add peppercorns to the sauce. Let simmer gently for about 10 to 15 minutes. Thicken the sauce a little if necessary.
