Beef Shashlik Skewer from Grill

Ingredients
 

Shashlik:

  • 1 kg Fresh beef prime rib
  • 12 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp Garlic pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 3 piece Paprika
  • 1 size Fresh onion
  • 100 g Smoked bacon

Shish kebab sauce:

  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Flour
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 piece Bay leaves
  • 4 piece Juniper berries
  • 4 piece Clove
  • 4 piece Pimento
  • 1 tsp Telly cherry pepper ground
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • 2 tbsp Paprika powder

Oven rice:

  • 250 g Rice
  • 190 g Peas
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions
 

Shish kebab skewer: Optionally start the day before!

  • Cut the high rib thinly into butterfly steaks, then cut in half vertically, steak. Mix the oil with tomato paste well and brush the slices with it on both sides and season with the above spices! Put in a cool place!
  • Clean, quarter and wash the peppers. Peel the onion and cut into thick rings. Cut the bacon into thin slices or buy it like that!
  • Layer a skewer (available e.g. from Amazon) with the prepared meat, peppers, onions and bacon alternately! Press down well and wrap tightly with foil. Chill in the refrigerator overnight!

Grilling:

  • Place glowing grill briquettes in a circle in the kettle grill! See image! Put the skewer in the middle and grill up to a core temperature of 75 °! Approx. 2.5-3 hours Wrap aluminum foil around depending on the desired degree of browning!

Rice: oven 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat:

  • In the meantime, put the rice with peas, water, spiced salads and garlic pepper in a baking dish and mix well, spread the butter on top and cook in the oven for 45 minutes!

Sauce:

  • Wash tomatoes, quarter them and remove the stalk! Heat the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and stir in the tomatoes, then deglaze with water. Add herbs and spices and stew everything for 15 minutes! Season to taste with vinegar, pepper and honey
  • Cut the skewer into strips and serve with rice and sauce! There was also a green salad! 🙂
