Layer a skewer (available e.g. from Amazon) with the prepared meat, peppers, onions and bacon alternately! Press down well and wrap tightly with foil. Chill in the refrigerator overnight!
Place glowing grill briquettes in a circle in the kettle grill! See image! Put the skewer in the middle and grill up to a core temperature of 75 °! Approx. 2.5-3 hours Wrap aluminum foil around depending on the desired degree of browning!
Rice: oven 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat:
In the meantime, put the rice with peas, water, spiced salads and garlic pepper in a baking dish and mix well, spread the butter on top and cook in the oven for 45 minutes!
Wash tomatoes, quarter them and remove the stalk! Heat the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and stir in the tomatoes, then deglaze with water. Add herbs and spices and stew everything for 15 minutes! Season to taste with vinegar, pepper and honey
Cut the skewer into strips and serve with rice and sauce! There was also a green salad! 🙂
