Beef Steak with Mango Ragout and Broccoli

The perfect beef steak with mango ragout and broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Beef rump steak
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small Fresh mango
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes yellow and red
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  1. Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into small cubes. Dice the onions as well. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and cut the broccoli into florets.
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and sear them in a grill pan. Cook the broccoli in enough vegetable stock until firm to the bite.
  1. Add the onion to the steaks and fry them. Add the mango and tomatoes. Deglaze with a little broth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Now serve only with the broccoli. It goes well with baguette or root bread. Fast and very tasty !!!
