Beggar Sauce

The perfect beggar sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1,5 kg Potatoes
  • 350 g Salami
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 6 Sour cucumber
  • 30 g Granular broth

preparation

  1. If possible, cook small potatoes of the same size with their peel (if possible, firm), cut salami or crispy sausage into cubes and fry them. Add the flour, stir until the flour is brown, add water until it has a slightly thicker consistency, then season with stock powder. I add a sip of the cucumber broth from the pickle jar. Add the sour cucumber cut into cubes and bring to the boil again. Have fun cooking and enjoy your meal
