Benefit or Harm: Scientists Have Found Out How Coffee and Tea Affect Human Health

A new study has shown that people who drink coffee or tea are less likely to suffer from strokes.

Without a cup of coffee, many people find it difficult to start the morning. If you felt guilty before your orgasm because of this “harmful” drink, Chinese scientists from Tianjin Medical University will help dispel negative thoughts.

Coffee and tea can be good for your health. Scientists have found a link between these drinks and the risk of dementia and stroke. The fact is that these caffeinated beverages can reduce the risk of disease.

Experts studied the data of 365,682 people aged 50 to 74 who were followed for 10 to 14 years. During this long period of time, 5079 participants developed dementia, and 10053 participants had at least one stroke.

After analyzing the data collected, the researchers concluded that people who drink two to three cups of coffee or three to five cups of tea a day (or both up to six cups daily) are less likely to suffer from strokes and dementia.

So far, researchers cannot explain the cause and effect of these changes. But this is not the first time a study has been conducted on the benefits of coffee. One of them says that caffeine blocks a special receptor and reduces stress symptoms. This effectiveness is guaranteed if you drink at least four cups of coffee a day.
