Ingredients
 

  • 600 g Stale bread
  • 200 g Diced Bacon
  • 2 Pc. Landjäger
  • 1 size Onion
  • 3 dl Milk
  • 4 Pc. Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut bread into cubes and toast in butter. Add onion, bacon and Ländjäger
  • When everything is nicely roasted, pour the topping of milk, egg, salt and pepper over it
  • Turn over and over until the glaze has bonded with the bread and the ingredients and is no longer liquid.
  • 1 salad goes perfectly with it
