Ingredients
- 600 g Stale bread
- 200 g Diced Bacon
- 2 Pc. Landjäger
- 1 size Onion
- 3 dl Milk
- 4 Pc. Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Instructions
- Cut bread into cubes and toast in butter. Add onion, bacon and Ländjäger
- When everything is nicely roasted, pour the topping of milk, egg, salt and pepper over it
- Turn over and over until the glaze has bonded with the bread and the ingredients and is no longer liquid.
- 1 salad goes perfectly with it
